BVD Product Specialist （BVD产品专家）

职位描述
JOB PURPOSE:
岗位目标：
To ensure company business objectives achieved by:
1. Implementing annual plan to meet agreed budget
2. Providing technical supports for BVD customers and distributor on before and after sales
3. Help distributor to close key account for BVD products
4. Train distributor for BVD products and arrange local or national seminar as a speakers to help distributor to close key account.
5. Monitoring and pushing distributor on marketing promotion and customer development.
6. Ensuring that Bio-Rad commitment to customer satisfaction is performed and constantly improvement
通过展开如下工作，确保实现销售目标：
1、实施年度计划，以确保完成任务；
2、为代理商和客户在售前和售后上提供技术服务；
3、协助和支持代理商开发重要的BVD客户
3、为代理商提供产品培训，协助代理商举办区域性或全国性的学术推广会上，并担当演讲师
4、监控和督促代理商的市场推广和客户开发
5、确保公司对客户满意的承诺得到实施，并且不断提高。
KEY RESULT AREAS:
工作重点：
1) Calling on all current and prospective customers on a regular basis
2) Working closely with distributor on key BVD customer service related matters
3) Working closely with opinion leader in blood transfusion system.
3) Train and educate hospital customers and staffs of distributor
4) Conduct presentation, demonstration and seminar upon the request of distributor.
5) Regular distribution of product information and important notice of Company
(Keeping You Informed)
1) 定期拜访BVD重点客户，提供相关的应用支持
2) 紧密配合代理商服务重点客户
3) 培训和教育客户和代理商
4) 根据代理商的要求，进行演讲、演示和学术研讨
5) 定期收集和发送相关的产品信息和重要通告
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
岗位要求：
Qualifications
Essential
1、专业要求
1) Relevant tertiary qualifications (B. Sc or equivalent)
2) Reference from min. 2 customers or industry (In case from outside)
1) 相关专业学士学位
2) 检验医学专业毕业,或拥有1年以上医院检验科工作经历，或有2个以上用户或外部同行推荐者优先
Desirable
1) Major in Laboratory Medicine
2) Min. 1 year working experience in hospital laboratory or blood transfusion system
Skills/Attributes
Essential
1) Attention to detail
2) Positive, proactive approach to getting things done
3) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4) Good presentation skill
5) Thorough understanding of technology for blood screening in blood transfusion system
6) Good reading comprehension of English
7) Computing competence with current PC system
