要求如下：
学历大专以上，
专业背景：IT，医学，医疗器械专业，最好是IT专业。 （检验专业也可以，但是必须IT知识丰富；）
医院实验室信息系统(LIS)的工作经验: must (最好能找到北方地区从事过LIS\HIS开发或实施的人员)
熟悉数据库系统，如sql server ,oracle等 ：must
良好的客户沟通能力：must
了解相关的检验医学知识 ：plus
医院检验科的工作经验：Plus;

JOB PURPOSE
To ensure company business objectives achieved through the customers satisfaction by: · Providing IT supports for QSD informatics product · Maintain QSD website
KEY RESULT AREAS ACCOUNTABILITIES MEASUREMENT
1. QSD Imformatics Support Activity 1. Working closely with sales team and distributors on key QSD software customer service related matters 2. Focusing on providing onsite/remote technical support for QSD software products to customers 3. Calling on current key QSD software customer on a regular basis to provide adequate technical support for their proper use of products4. Training and educating hospital customers and staffs of distributor in collaboration with sales/marketing staffs5. Conducting presentation, demonstration and seminar upon the request of sales/marketing and distributor.6. Regularly visiting and communicating with KOLs on QC software related topics7. Regular distributing of QSD software product information and relevant notice of Company (Keeping You Informed) 1. Plan and actual2. Feedback from customers and distributor and sales/ marketing staffs3. Execution capability in task fulfillments
2. Knowledge for Products 1. Expert understanding of QSD software products and its applications at customer’s site2. Participating in training course for customer satisfaction and product knowledge3. Self studying for all cases of QSD software related customer complaint and troubleshooting4. Regularly providing QSD software related information/knowledge to KOLs5. Collecting, analyzing, and feeding QSD software related technical information/questions back to QSD informatics marketing/R&D people 1. Regular examinations on product knowledge2. Presentation skill3. Feedback from customers and distributor and sales/ marketing staffs
3. Liaison 1. Good communication and cooperation with all sales and marketing staffs2. Compliance to the Company reporting system (Weekly and monthly report) On time report and feed back from collaborating staff
