岗位职责:
-在该行业(包括但不限于医院、防疫站、餐饮、地铁)启动终端市场及建立销售体系；
-制定相关行业市场策划及推广计划；
-通过与经销商或直销建立该行业运作渠道；
-发展、团结、支持行业专业经销商；
-与相关政府部门建立联系;
-对相关目标群体进行市场调查，并按时提供相关反馈和策略；
-执行总经理分派的其他任务。
岗位要求:
-教育背景: 本科或以上学历;
-语言能力:英文口语流利、书写熟练;
-年龄范围: 28 岁to 38岁
职业经验:
-具有较强的产品销售经验，6年以上健康、食品、餐饮行业销售经验；
-具有通过各种渠道寻找行业市场信息的能力;
-具有通过媒体广告及专业文章启动市场终端用户的能力；
-具有较强人际交往及沟通能力；
-具有较强的团队与研讨会的管理与组织能力
Position: Sales Manager, Service-type businesses
Main Responsibilities:
- Start up the enduser marketing in service-type businesses ( include but not limited to Hospital, Food/sanitation and subway) and establish the sales system
- Make the related Marketing plan and promotion plan
- Set up the operating channel, through dealer or direct Marketing
- Develop, unite and support the professional dealer of the Health & Retail trade
- Keep contacts with the related government department
- Carry out market surveys for the according target groups and provide relevant feedback and strategies on time
- Execute other tasks assigned by General Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Have the ability to find the information of the related industry marketing through the various channels
- Have the ability to develop the enduser marketing through media advertisement and the professional articles
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong working experience in product sales
- Good team management and proseminar organizing ability
- Work Independent，Minimum 6-year working experience in sales of service type business
- Good English both in speaking and writing
- Efficient PC skills |
