1. Description of Role:
职位要求
• Participate as a member Role/Level 1 Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) providing medical clinic services, to all employees and contractors of TTY, from the hours of 0800 - 1700hrs, 5 days a week.
作为一级医疗机构的成员来参与，为TTY的所有雇员和承包商提供医疗服务，每天工作时间为8:00 – 17:00，一周五天工作制。
• Performance of Nursing Officer Duties in a Disaster plan (DISPLAN) or mass casualty (MASCAL) incident as per TTY Standard Operating Procedures.
按照TTY标准操作程序，作为护士履行在有灾祸事故或有大量伤亡事件中的责任。
• Emergency services, and trauma resuscitation, to employees or contractors to TTY.
给天圆员工或承包商提供紧急情况和外伤恢复治疗服务。
• Carry out medical or casualty evacuation of a patient to a Role/Level 3 medical facility.
按照三级医疗标准给患者提供医疗或伤员撤离医疗服务。
• Carry out correct radio communication using TTY SOPs.
正确操作TTY 的SOPs的无线通讯联系。
• Comply with all relevant ASA and TTY medical doctrine, publications and SOPs.
遵守所有和ASA和TTY相关的医疗原则、发布公告和SOPs。
• Carry out liaison activities and translation services together with the ASA Senior Paramedic.
与ASA高级医务人员一起负责对外的联系活动和翻译服务工作。
• Maintains physical and mental compliance to TTY Standards.
从行为到意识都自觉自愿的遵从TTY的标准要求。
• Complete immunisations and medical health assessments to TTY and ASA Standards.
按照TTY和ASA的标准完成免疫和医疗健康评估。
• Ensure immediate notification (physical or psychological) injuries caused by a Work related or non-work related incident onsite or on leave, ensure that the ASA Senior Paramedic has been informed and complete an Incident Report Form (as required) as per TTY and Anodyne Services Australia Standard Operating Procedures.
保证及时通知现场发生的或休假期间的因工或非因工的伤害事故，确保ASA的高级医疗人员得到通知并按照TTY和ASA的标准操作程序完成事件报告
2. Qualifications & Personal Requirements:
资格及要求
• Nursing Officers are to have proof of qualifications (certificates, diplomas and degrees) in nursing studies and have been performing nursing duties in an accredited Chinese medical facility for a period not less than 5 years in a full time position.
要求有护理专业的相关资质(证书、文凭和学位)并且有五年以上在国家专业医疗机构的全职护士工作经历。
• Have completed training in advanced life support, pre-hospital trauma and life support, and health assessment to the satisfaction of both TTY and ASA.
通过符合TTY和ASA标准的高级急救培训，前期外伤/急救培训，以及健康评估。
• Experience in the working with quality management systems, electronic and paper based health records.
丰富的质量管理系统以及使用电脑和纸质文档来记录健康档案的工作经验。
• Experience working in small health care teams and as an individual practitioner in rural and remote environments.
有过在小型医疗服务队和在农村及偏远环境独立工作的经验
• Is fluent in verbal and written communication in English (ESSENTIAL).
流利的英文口头表达及书写能力( 基本条件)。
